Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ariana Leigh Artistry. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a professional and seamless experience for both the artist and the client.

 

1. Booking & Deposits

  • Retainer: To secure your wedding date or session, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. Your date is not officially reserved until this payment and a signed contract are received.

  • Payment Schedule: The remaining balance for all services is due 7 days prior to the event date. Payments can be made via Zelle/Venmo/Credit Card.

2. Trials & Consultations

  • Bridal Trials: Trials are highly recommended and are included in certain packages. 

  • Color Analysis: Personalized color analysis is a proprietary part of the service package and is intended for the client’s personal use in styling and beauty.

3. Travel & Logistics

  • Travel Fees: Travel is included up to one hour from [Your Base City]. For locations exceeding this limit, a travel fee of $[Amount] per additional hour or mile will apply.

  • Parking: Any parking fees, tolls, or valet charges incurred at the service location (e.g., hotels or venues) are the responsibility of the client.

  • On-Location Requirements: The client must ensure a clean workspace with adequate lighting and access to power outlets.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the booking, the initial retainer is forfeited. If a cancellation occurs within [e.g., 30 days] of the event, the full remaining balance may still be due.

  • Artist Cancellation: In the highly unlikely event that the artist is unable to perform services due to an emergency or illness, every effort will be made to secure a replacement artist of equal skill. If no replacement is found, all payments (including the retainer) will be refunded.

 

5. Bridal Party & Additional Artists

  • Service Minimums: Certain peak-season dates may require a minimum service count.

  • Additional Artists: As specified in the pricing, a second artist or assistant is required for parties exceeding 8 or 15 services to ensure the timeline is met. Fees for additional artists are non-refundable once the artist is secured.

 

6. Liability & Safety

  • Allergies: The client must inform the artist of any known skin sensitivities or allergies to specific products/ingredients prior to application. Ariana Leigh Artistry is not liable for any adverse reactions to products used.

  • Hygiene: For the safety of all clients, the artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with a contagious skin or eye condition.

 

7. Photo & Media Release

  • The client agrees that the artist may take photos and videos of the work performed. These may be used for professional portfolios, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer to keep your images private, please provide a written request prior to the event.

 

8. Editorial & Commercial Use

  • For editorial and beauty photography sessions, the artist must be credited in all published works (print or digital) and on social media platforms using the handle provided by the artist.
